Do I really need supplements?

Real whole food should ALWAYS be the priority. Period.

But its not always that cut and dry. The reality is that we all live very different lifestyles. Maybe we have certain foods that we prefer over others. For example, if you live in a climate with long winters limiting your time outdoors you would likely see a huge benefit from adding in some vitamin D. Or maybe chicken is a staple in your diet but don’t eat nearly as much fish. Supplementing Omega-3 can make a MASSIVE difference in how you feel and recover.

Not all supplements however are created equal. Those cheap corner store vitamins probably aren’t doing much good. This is why we partnered with 1st Phorm, one of the most well respected supplement companies.
